CURRENT AND PAST CLIENTS

TESTIMONIALS

From the first moment you meet them it’s obvious that the ladies of Vineyard Global are a wealth of knowledge not only about their clients but the greater context of the destinations in which they exist. It’s a pleasure working and traveling with them because they truly get it — they understand what is helpful to a journalist and what is not, and they work to ensure we get the most out of every experience, adjusting along the way if necessary and anticipating our needs with a smile.

Bespoke experiences are coveted across the industry, and I felt lucky enough to have experienced a bespoke media trip with Mindy Harris and her team at Vineyard Global. From the moment the invite arrived in my inbox to embarking on safari across three distinctly-unique regions in Botswana, Vineyard’s various touch points made me feel pampered, nurtured, and—more than anything else—well-informed.

Mindy ensured we were equipped with details about the various camps and their key players (in fact, discovering the tales of homegrown talent across the savanna and Okavango Delta was inspiring). What most impressed me was her attention to detail and measured thoughtfulness. I’ve observed how Mindy leads with curiosity and passion, deeply caring for her clients and their stories, as well as the needs of her guests.

This was, by far, the pinnacle of press experiences in my 15 years as a journalist. So treasured, my experience was something I wanted to keep to myself to share with only my loved ones (and readers), but the secret’s out: it’s better with Vineyard.

As a small boutique hotel, we have worked with Mindy Harris for a little less than a year, but her company Vineyard Global has already been immensely helpful in getting us organized and consequently successful with our marketing and public relations efforts. She has expanded our Social Media outreach from which we have seen an increase in hotel bookings and has helped to develop content and brand to have a more cohesive presence online and with the Travel Industry.

As a freelance travel writer, I've had the chance to work and travel with dozens of PR agencies over the years and I can honestly say that Vineyard Global is one of the best. In fact, I was actually quite surprised to learn that it's run by such a small team because the organization was so smooth and professional, from the detailed pre-trip communication to the logistics of the press trip I went on with Mindy. Mindy clearly cares so much about her clients and is so knowledgeable not only about Botswana but also about how it compares to other safari destinations in Africa, it really enhanced the experience and put everything into context.

This was the best and most organized press trip I’ve ever been on. From start to finish.

I've been on several safaris in the past, both personally and in journalist capacity, but none were as organized as the one I did when on a press trip coordinated by Vineyard Global. Organized itineraries can sometimes be overloaded with too many items, but Vineyard adhered to flexible safari life, with no-pressure day-to-day agendas that included daily downtime to process and digest the experience—or merely take care of other business. That's not to say they were completely hands-off. In fact, it was quite the opposite as they were very attentive to any needs or requests, before, during, and after the trip. And they're not just attentive with media; their relationship with their client felt much more than a mere agency/client relationship. There's definitely a genuine passion Vineyard has when it comes to their destinations and hosted experiences.
